2009 Monster Energy® AMA Supercross AHRMA Display for Second Season!
Anaheim 1 ~ January 3, 2009

Norco, CA (January 8, 2009); For the second year in a row, AHRMA was asked to organize a vintage motocross promotional booth throughout the Supercross racing season.  Once again the AHRMA/Cal-VMX crew joined forces to organize the display at Rd 1 of the 2009 Monster Energy® AMA Supercross Series at the Anaheim Stadium
on January 3, 2009.

The display was located just inside the spectator entrance gate next to the Glen Helen Raceway booth.  As hundreds of spectators flowed into the pits, nearly the first thing they were expose to was a blast from the past.  There were 15 bikes on display for everyone to see to include, vintage & post-vintage motocross, flat-track and side-hack machines.  Perhaps the coolest thing was to over-hear dad's saying to their kids "I use to race one of those back in the day".  Not only did this venue provide great exposure for our sport, it provided a chance for interested folks to pick up information on this years program, chat about the good ole' days and take a walk down memory lane.
